Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

We do not sell products and therefore do not ship anything. All transactions are processed via the web and tickets are received digitally along with receipts for all transactions. All orders are processed immediately and automatically. Purchasers are responsible for inputting their correct email addresses and checking their spam folders for e-tickets and receipts. Questions or requests for copies of transactions can be directed to info@hvpal.org

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have purchased an event or class ticket you will receive a confirmation via email within 1 hour of purchase. Questions or requests for confirmation can be directed to info@hvpal.org

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event you cannot attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, we will process a full refund back to the original form of payment up to 24 hours IN ADVANCE of the event. We do not accept day-of cancellations.

In the event that Hudson Valley Performing Arts cancels an event for which you have purchased tickets, we will process a full refund back to the original form of payment.
