This class is all about voice and breath work. The voice is one of the most important tools in the actor's toolbelt, and despite the fact that many of us have been utilizing this instrument for our entire lives, it takes training and practice to learn how to truly master it. In this class, Antoinette will guide participants through a warm up, and with breath work we’ll move forward to text and browse tips on how to vocally maintain when sick, nervous, or experiencing fatigue.
This class is open to performers of all experience levels, as well as anybody that just finds themselves talking a lot - in work or in life. Vocal health, stamina, and strength is for everyone!
