About The Event
Class Description
Clay weaves 12 life lessons from improv into this workshop by facilitating one of his everyday games every fifteen minutes. The life lessons include: Calming the Hell Down, Getting and Staying More Positive, Thou Shalt not Be Judgy, You aren't Special, Embrace Mistakes, and Make Big Choices. The everyday games come from Clay's research into the science of improv and how it affects the brain, and, because of Clay's professional acting background, they are equally valuable on and off stage. Clay is also a certified teacher, so he has tons of experience with introverts, extroverts, novice, and professional. All experience levels welcome!Â
