CLOWNING with Amy Crossman
Jump on into your body and come spelunking as we explore the comic world - the land where things are funnier, sparklier, maybe a bit more beautiful, too!

About The Event
Jump on into your body and come spelunking as we explore the comic world! This is the land where things are funnier, sparklier, yummier and more beautiful. Leave your big smart brain at the (proverbial) door, and (re)discover your unique and personal sense of joy, play, and fun. Along the way, be prepared for lots of laughs!
NOTE: If you can find a place where you can move around and/or make noise for this class, that's great! If you have a pillow to make noise into, that's also great! If you don't have access to these things, reach out and maybe we can help!
