About The Event
Performing Art is a highly-collaborative, annual project that brings together a diverse ensemble of creators to explore the relationship between visual and performing art. Tickets are free but reservations are required.
This year's production will explore the theme of transactions and provocations.
What do you give and receive when interacting with a work of art?
When art affects you, do your reactions and emotions also affect the work? Often, we exchange money for an opportunity to view art. How does that transaction impact how we look at what is on display, and what other kinds of transactions are possible in an art space?
